1. Access & Use
Access to Gametory.pro is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You are granted a limited license to use our tools and browse our content for the purposes of game creation, research, and professional development. This license is revocable at our discretion if these terms are violated.

2. Content & Attribution
All game design patterns, engine optimizations, and process methodologies published on Gametory are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license, unless otherwise specified. You may adapt and build upon the work, but commercial use requires a separate license.
Attribution Requirements
- For educational or non-commercial projects, provide a link to gametory.pro near the adapted content.
- For commercial adaptation, contact legal@gametory.pro for a licensing agreement.
- Original code snippets remain under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, GPL, etc.)—check the comment headers.
3. Liability & Disclaimers
Gametory provides tools and knowledge "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that our content will be error-free, meet your specific project requirements, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Game development carries inherent risks, including technical debt and scope creep.

Liability Cap
In no event shall Gametory's total liability exceed the amount you paid for any premium service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, including misuse of tools, harassment of other users, or technical abuse. This decision is made at our discretion, with an appeal process outlined below.
- Submit a formal appeal to legal@gametory.pro within 14 days of suspension.
- Provide your account ID and a clear description of your use case.
- We will review within 5 business days and may request additional information.
- Our decision is final regarding access to Gametory services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Warsaw. By using this site, you consent to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
